What is Going Through The Change?

Many women experience physical and emotional changes associated with the period of transition called Going Thru The Change (GTTC). During this time, women experience going from a time in their lives in which they are physiologically able to conceive children and experience a menstrual cycle to one where they no longer have periods. A woman typically notices signs and symptoms in her late thirties (known as peri-menopause) and generally this phase lasts until the age of 51 when she is considered menopausal, and her periods have stopped completely for one year. At that time, a woman has completed menopause, and she transitions into the post menopause status that can be symptomatic during the next 20 to 30 or more years.

Who is Going Thru The Change?

“Going Thru The Change,” (GTTC) is a mentoring and coaching program that serves women of all generations: in particular, women who are pre-menopause, peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopausal. Dr. Deborah D. Roebuck, The Menopause Whisperer, is the Founder and CEO of “Going Thru The Change” (GTTC). She is a transformational speaker, trainer, and coach who inspires and educates women to achieve their optimal level of health and wellness as they go through these transition periods. By equipping women to establish, promote, and maintain healthy lifestyles, Dr. Deborah encourages members of the GTTC Sisterhood to achieve their purpose, passion, and legacy for themselves, their communities, and the world.
