As a women’s health and executive coach, Dr. Deborah
Roebuck’s mission is to coach women leaders in transforming their mindset,
renewing their spirit and thriving in the workplace as they navigate the
unknown transitional phases of menopause in their lives. Dr. Roebuck provides
strategies and solutions to menopause challenges, while simultaneously coaching
women leaders to achieve, if not surpass, their professional and personal
performance goals and that of their companies and organizations.

About
Dr. Deborah D. Roebuck is a women’s health and executive coach. She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Drexel University and has 40 plus years in management and administration of women’s health programs. Dr. Roebuck is fueled by her passion to help premenopause, peri-menopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal women leaders bridge the information gap about the subtle changes as well as the quality of life issues that are confusing to a woman in her workplace environment and among friends, family and professional colleagues.
In addition to providing one-on-one coaching, Dr. Roebuck delivers compelling and relatable presentations for conferences, online events, interviews, panels, meetings, retreat, workshops, and seminars that can be adapted to suit the needs of various audiences.
